Hi! My name is Deb Jones, Deaconess for HFC Shine. I have been attending HFC for 2.5 years with my husband, Jim, and two sons, Zach and Tyler. We live in Enon and enjoy outdoor activities and sports. We love worshiping at HFC and look forward to serving in the SHINE ministry.
HFC Shine: Disability Ministry exists to support HFC families with special needs to know God, grow in His grace, and go with the gospel to impact families, our church, and the community. This year we hope to provide respite and opportunities for parents with children with special needs to be able to participate in worship, community groups, and other adult ministries of the church.
We currently plan to use the Buddy System to provide individualized support and support our ministries so they can be accessible to everyone.
